The project entitled: "Green Commodity Landscape Programme" is part of WWF's ongoing efforts to promote sustainable cocoa production, forest protection and create new economic activities for communities in two geographical areas in Cameroon. Other agro-commodities such as, rubber, oil palm, banana, etc. will also be included in the program.

African Investigative Journalism Prize - Norbert Zongo (Paji ‑ NZ)

In order to enhance and promote investigative journalism on the African continent, the three networks of African journalists - the Norbert Zongo Center (CNP-NZ), the Norbert Zongo Unit for investigative journalism in Africa Ouest (CENOZO) and the Franco-African platform Médias & Démocratie (M&D) - are launching this annual PAJI-NZ Prize exclusively dedicated to investigative journalism in Africa. For this edition, the awards ceremony will take place in Ouagadougou on November 12 and 13, 2021. The deadline for applications is September 15, 2021.

Terms of Reference and Call for Proposals for the Development of a Sustainable Financing Plan for the Conservation of the Gola Forest Landscape, Liberia and Sierra Leone

The consultant is expected to consult widely in Sierra Leone and Liberia, as well as globally, to ensure a good understanding of all the factors that affect the feasibility of different funding mechanisms. The consultant is expected to bring new ideas to the landscape rather than going over old ground. This consultation will be best done face-to-face but virtual consultation can be considered depending on the COVID situation. Interested consultants are requested to send a proposal via email by 13 September 2021 (COB EAT).

WRI - Finance Associate, Urban Water Resilience Initiative

In this role, you will work with 6 cities in Rwanda, Ethiopia, and South Africa to recommend and develop finance and funding strategies for urban water resilience projects in those geographic contexts. You will work closely with the Project Lead and city stakeholders to identify priority projects in each city and conduct the needed research to identify investment opportunities and financing strategies for 1-2 priority urban water initiatives in each city.
