We seek a law firm or a lawyer to provide us with legal assistance in a general and judicial manner depending on the dispute.

Mission of the Consultant

Provide legal advice and assistance to WWF on assigned cases;

Follow up on court cases, including the initiation of required legal proceedings;

Ensure that all court decisions are removed from the court and forwarded to WWF for archiving;

Update WWF officials on the progress of legal proceedings and provide timely alerts on obstacles and difficulties observed;

Provide review and advice on any pending legal cases, as needed;

Monitor the preparation of legal and administrative documents and provide assistance as needed.

 

Profile:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a registered lawyer at the Cameroon Bar with at least five years of experience;

Law firm located in the Central Region of Cameroon;

Excellent written and spoken French;

Excellent written and spoken French; Fluency in English preferred;

Proven ability to write reports;

Good analytical skills;

Strong experience in labor law;

Excellent communication skills.
