The urgency of mobilising adequate funding that delivers for climate, nature and people is globally recognised. Yet existing commitments and investments related to forests and forest communities remain inadequate and opaque. Fern, Climate Chance, and Transparency International will share their latest research and analysis on ensuring that ‘finance for nature’ improves biodiversity protection, strengthens rights, and leads to greater accountability in forest rich countries.
